By translating complex human behaviours and interactions into mathematical terms, these models enable practitioners to predict outcomes, identify performance drivers and implement evidence-based strategies for improvement (Mathieu et al., 2008). Building on the theoretical foundations discussed in previous articles, this piece delves into practical applications of mathematical models in performance measurement.
