The previous article ' Understanding response curse ' got me thinking about there applicability to collective performance.  It began with a simple question ‘what is collective training?’ some 20 years ago. Over the coming weeks we intend to explore the higher order question ‘what is collective performance?’ which in turn answer the training question, because without understand performance and how to measure it, what are you training to achieve.
